Käsespetzle


This was dinner. Maxi taught me how to make it from scratch (cue heavenly choirs of angels to make oohing and cooing noises).

    What is that? It looks like animal-style fries from In-N-Out. Are they German in origin?

    Käsespetzle! (cheese noodles) It's like a German mac n' cheese with caramelized onions on top. My flatmate taught me how to make the noodles (!!!). It's super yummy.
